The new guys,
Will go after myself,
Once the others,
Stopped trying to help myself,
Instead of respecting my right of free thinking,
Instead of respecting my right,
to remain focused at work,
To reduce chances of becoming blamed,
for something that I did NOT even cause since the new guy’s lack of social awareness distracted myself..,
The new guy,
Will show me how it works where he’s “from”,
He’ll nonverbally communicate in ways I do NOT understand,
While blaming me for stuff I did NOT cause,
All because,
Others who cared,
Remembered,
That,
They have needs as well,
Which are,
Also important,
So..,
I’ll become..,
Once again,
